A personal note from the
Executive Director of the Alabama Association of Child Care
Agencies:
I have been the Executive Director of three foster care
/ family service agencies in three states (including Alabama)
and now as ED of AACCA. I've had my share of ups and downs
in the service of children. From my experience, I want to
share just a few thoughts on the relevancy of AACCA. First,
I ask you to please consider the following statement as
quoted from AACCA’s Strategic Plan:
Vision: The Alabama Association of Child Care Agencies
(AACCA) envisions a true public and private partnership
that enables foster children to reach their fullest potential.
Mission: AACCA will act as a united voice for Alabama agencies
to promote a quality system of care for all foster children.
